We are offering a new dimension in bed and breakfast accommodations with a focus on large charming suites at an affordable rate -- 3 very special Suites!

Breakfast is always an extravagant multi-course affair!

We have cable TV and wireless Internet service in all of our Suites.

Suite 1

Downtown Staunton -- "The Carriage House"

(a pet-friendly suite)

~ Very special suite for just a couple . . . but can accommodate up to 4 people ~

 

 

Stay in our very charming 2-story Carriage House suite consisting of:

Living Room/Dining Room Area with Food Preparation Area on the first floor.   Upstairs is a large Bedroom with a king bed and Sitting Area overlooking the gardens.

Suite rate:  $200/night + tax (double occupancy)

Single rates are lower.

$25/extra person.  Will sleep up to 4.

Regarding Pets:

"The Carriage House" has a separate kennel area for pets (which is 4 ft. by 6 ft and nearly 5 feet tall).  It is enclosed within the garage space.  You are also welcome to bring your own pet crate.

Restrictions:  pets must be up-to-date on flea and tick preventative, and pets must not be left unattended.  So when you are out and about, your pet can stay in your own crate or in our kennel.  Many establishments downtown are pet friendly, also.

Downtown Staunton -- The Downtown B&B Suites

"The Luxury Suite"

(balcony overlooking back yard)

~ A glamorous suite . . . ideal for just a couple . . . but can accommodate up to 3 people ~

 

There is a living room with original fireplace AND a dining room with original fireplace.

There is a large bedroom with a queen bed.

Suite rate:  $200/night + tax (double occupancy) Single rates are lower.

$25/extra person.  Will sleep up to 3 -- 3rd person has a sleeper sofa in the living room of the suite.

"The Sunshine Suite"

~ A charming and very spacious suite offering lots of privacy for a couple . . . but can also accommodate up to 6 people upon request (2 additional bedrooms can be made available) ~

 

This suite consists of a choice of 3 Bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds)  plus a Living Room/Dining Area.

Suite rate:  $200/night + tax (double occupancy) Single rates are lower.

$25/extra person.  Will sleep up to 6 in "The Sunshine Suite."
