Larger Group Weddings and/or Other Functions

At the B&B:  2-hour maximum (unless by special prior arrangement at an additional cost)

Location fee:  $500

Clean-up fee:  $100

Depending upon the day of the week and the time of year, the B&B may need be booked in entirety (in order to keep it private for the wedding)

The wedding couple may choose to stay at the B&B in "The Carriage House"

The wedding couple may choose to stay in "The Farmhouse"

At "The Farmhouse":  2-hour maximum (unless by special prior arrangement at an additional cost)

Location Fee $750

Clean-up fee:  $150

A tent is required if the function will include over 25 people

No catering at this rate (but cake and sparkling beverage supplied by the Inn according to the Wedding Package chosen)

Wedding couple would choose the wedding package with the two-night stay if they are planning to stay at "The Farmhouse"; OR they may prefer to choose a one-night or two-night stay at the B&B and use "The Farmhouse" location only for the ceremony and reception

At "The Farmhouse":  4-hour maximum

Location fee:  $1,500

Clean-up fee:  $250

A tent is required if the function will include over 25 people

Option of having extras such as a DJ and catering are allowed at this rate and wedding couple can choose their own DJ.  Catering company must be bonded and licensed

Wedding couple would choose the wedding package with the two-night stay if they are planning to stay at "The Farmhouse"; OR they may prefer to choose a one-night or two-night stay at the B&B and use "The Farmhouse" location only for the ceremony and reception
