"The Enchanted Cottage Room"

This large guest room has an antique queen-sized brass bed with
a luxurious down featherbed. (There is a single bed
available upon request.)
There is a private spacious ensuite
bathroom with tub/shower.
This guest room has two sitting areas -- one sitting area is in front of the fireplace and another is at the window. There is cable TV in this room which can be viewed from both the bed and the sitting area in front of the fireplace.
Adjacent to this room is another room with
a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator as well as a variety of teas,
coffee, and some snacks for our guests' enjoyment.
For those allergic to down, we can remove the down from any room and substitute
a plush foam.
Room 2:
"The 1890's Room" ~ wireless Internet & cable TV in secondary room ~ This guest
room has a nice seating area at one end, perfect for reading. There is an
additional secondary room with a twin bed, which
can be booked in conjunction with this room.

This guest room has a full-sized canopy bed. (An additional small room can be booked in conjunction with this room, and it has a single bed, cable TV, and a cozy chair at the window overlooking the gardens.)

"The Carriage House"

This charming suite is very private with views of the gardens. You have the whole historic building to enjoy!
If you'd like lots of space, choose one of our three Suites!
The Carriage House is an 800-square-foot separate building with many special features:

King bed + sleeper sofa.
There are two TVs (both connected to cable) in this suite. One is on the first floor where the Living Room/Dining Area is (and it also has a VCR so you can enjoy movies and TV) -- and the other high-definition TV is upstairs and can be viewed from either the bed or from a sitting area on the opposite side of the room where the free-standing corner fireplace is located.

Suite 2:
"The Luxury Suite"

This is our most spacious guest suite and it also features a private balcony. "The Luxury Suite" and "The Sunshine Suite" are in a separate building.

(A sleeper sofa and a rollaway bed are available upon request if you need to accommodate as many as four people.)
This guest suite is quite large with two original coal fireplaces -- one in the sitting room and another in a separate room for dining. Order Chinese, a great gourmet pizza from Downtown, or other food -- and enjoy it in the privacy of your own suite.
The back door leads out to the private covered balcony which is very charming and overlooks the backyard. There are steps down from your balcony to the private yard.
There is a nice-sized bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower.

"The Sunshine Suite"

Two more bedrooms offer another queen bed and 2 single beds, which are in adjoining rooms, available upon request, and only booked in conjunction with this suite if you request them.
This guest suite is quite large with a sitting area in a separate room, another room with appliances and space for cooking and eating, a nice-sized bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower, and a charming balcony with access to the private back yard!

Summary: Our three guest suites are each quite spacious. "The Carriage House" will sleep
up to 4 people; "The Luxury
Suite" will sleep up to 4 people; and "The Sunshine Suite" will sleep
up to 6 people (with 3 bedrooms). From each suite, you can walk a few steps to the B&B
for breakfast -- and you can walk to everything in Downtown Staunton. "The Carriage House" has a bistro table just outside the door for enjoying
morning coffee and working on your computer, if you so choose. "The
Sunshine Suite" and "The Luxury Suite" each have private balconies
for dining al fresco, reading a book outside, or just enjoying a glass of wine.
You have stairs down to the yard from your Suite. There is a private back yard with a tree
swing and an octagonal picnic table for private relaxation or dining! On
the front porch, there's a porch swing.
