These suites are our newest addition to our B&B.
The first floor suite is called "The Luxury Suite"
-- It has a charming Living Room with a fireplace (the original coal burning insert and beautiful Oak mantel), a large Dining Room with a similar fireplace, a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, an eat-in kitchen with normal-sized appliances (fully equipped with all pots and pans, dishes, utensils -- everything you'll need), a laundry room, a nice-size bathroom with claw foot tub and shower, and even a covered porch off the kitchen overlooking the back yard where you can enjoy a meal. This is a 1-bedroom suite but we can add a rollaway bed if needed plus there is a sleeper sofa. $200/night + tax (double occupancy). Add $25/per person (per night) if other people would like to book the suite with you. Advance notice required if more than two people.
The second floor suite is called "The Sunshine Suite" -- It has a similar layout to the first floor, but it is larger. It is also fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances, etc. It has three bedrooms instead of just one bedroom -- and two of the bedrooms each have queen beds. There is a single bed in the third bedroom. There is also the possibility of adding a rollaway bed or two if needed. There are original fireplace mantels in most of the rooms. $200/night + tax (double occupancy). Add $25/per person (per night) if other people would like to book the suite with you. Advance notice required if more than two people.
Both suites
: Your rate includes a multi-course breakfast in the dining room at the Main House or, if you prefer, breakfast can be left for you in your suite, which will consist of a nice variety of breakfast foods, including freshly-baked muffins, or breads, or the like, and fresh fruit, as well as juice and a wide variety of teas and coffee. Snacks and beverages are also left for you in your suite.Enjoy your breakfast on your private covered porch overlooking the back yard, or in your kitchen, or in your dining room -- OR choose to have breakfast in the dining room at the Main House, which is a short walk just around the corner.

Each suite books for $200/night + tax (double occupancy) with breakfast included either at the Main House or left for you in your suite. Add $25/per person (per night) if other people would like to book the suite with you. Advance notice required, please, if more than two people. SPECIAL: Stay 4 nights (at regular daily rate) and the 4th night is FREE; stay 7 nights and the last 2 nights are FREE! If only staying for a night or two, we also have our Winter Special (from December - March) for $160/night + tax for either Suite!These suites offer lots of space and privacy!

Special Features of The Downtown B&B Suites:

This special 2-story building features a Living Room area on the first floor with a glass-topped dining table, a small refrigerator and microwave, and all the extra appliances you'll need to feel comfortable, such as a coffee maker, a blender, and even a toaster.
There is a spacious bedroom on the second level with a king bed and a sitting area overlooking the gardens (with rocking chairs).
You may choose to have breakfast in the Main House OR breakfast can be left for you in your suite. We call it "Breakfast in a Basket."
You will also find snacks and beverages left for you in your suite.
This suite books for $200/night + tax (double occupancy) and there are SPECIALS during the week plus our
WINTER SPECIAL of $175/night + tax (double occupancy). Add $25/per person (per night) if other people would like to book the suite with you.
