Request the
length of stay you need, whether it is a weekend, a week, a
month, or longer.
There
are special rates for WEEKLY rentals and
an even better special for MONTHLY
rentals.
If you
are planning to hold any kind of
party,
reception, or other event
during
your stay in one of our vacation rental houses, please
notify us in advance of booking for approval of your
activity. There will be an
additional
charge, depending upon the size of your event,
and a cleaning fee of $50.00 - $100.00 depending
upon how the property was used.
When
booking a vacation rental house, we hold a security
deposit which is refundable post-departure pending a
satisfactory inspection by our housekeeper.
Basically it is a damage deposit. The security
deposit is $250 - $550 depending upon the property.
The security deposit is higher if you are bringing a pet
(please inquire about it when you book) and is also
completely refundable if no damages.
In order to secure
your reservation, you must send your deposit. If it is a
check, we need to receive it in time for it to clear,
which would be a month. Once it is
received, however, we will reserve the vacation rental house for you.
If you are booking on short notice, we will hold your reservation
using your credit card.
