This is another vacation rental house, which is just 5 miles from Downtown Staunton (less than a 10-minute drive -- and only 5 minutes to the mall and other shops and restaurants which are not downtown).

This house sleeps up to 8 adults.  There are three large bedrooms (queen beds + 2 single beds also in 2 of the bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms.

It is $600/weekend + tax and a lower rate during the week of $250/night + tax and $1250 entire week.

The American Four Square Town House (above) has two large apartment suites.

One suite will sleep 4 . . . "The Luxury Suite"

The other suite will sleep 6 . . . "The Sunshine Suite"

These apartment suites can be booked as B&B suites or as vacation rental suites.  The vacation rental rate does not include breakfast.  "The Luxury Suite" -- for all four people -- is $425/weekend + tax.  "The Sunshine Suite" -- for all six people -- is also $425/weekend + tax when booked as a vacation rental house.

Add on extra days for only $200/day for up to either 4 or 6 people, depending upon which suite you book.  If you are staying for a week or longer, we have additional specials. Save $425 on your reservation when you book for a week!!!

If you prefer to book these suites at the B&B nightly rate, which includes a multi-course breakfast at the Main Inn, that rate is $200/night + tax double occupancy (including breakfast).  There is a charge of $25.00 for each additional person (at the B&B rate).

Extended Stays for People Working and/or Visiting in Staunton:  Please inquire about our special rates for extended stays.  The rate depends upon how many people will be booking the property and the length of the stay.

Also ideal for someone waiting to close on a home purchased in the area.  Some storage available, also.

This special rate may not be available for the months of May and October because of already-booked reservations.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Vacation rental houses are ideal for family vacations, girlfriend get-togethers, retreats, or for anyone requiring a beautifully-furnished house for their private use while visiting here in Staunton.

Request the length of stay you need, whether it is a weekend,  a week,  a month,  or longer.

There are special rates for WEEKLY rentals and an even better special for MONTHLY rentals.

If you are planning to hold any kind of party, reception, or other event during your stay in one of our vacation rental houses, please notify us in advance of booking for approval of your activity.  There will be an additional charge, depending upon the size of your event, and a cleaning fee of $75.00.

When booking a vacation rental house, we hold a security deposit which is refundable post-departure pending a satisfactory inspection by our housekeeper.  Basically it is a damage deposit.  The security deposit is $250 or in the case of our pet-friendly accommodation, "The Craftsman-Style House," if you are bringing a pet, the security deposit is $500 also refundable if no damages.

In order to secure your reservation, you must send your deposit.  If it is a check, we need to receive it in time for it to clear, which would be a month.  Once it is received, however, we will reserve the vacation rental house for you.  If you are booking on short notice, we will hold your reservation using your credit card.
