You pick the room or suite you like the best whether it's in the Main House,The Carriage House, or even The Town House -- and it's included in your Wedding Package even though it shows a higher rate. It's our wedding gift to you.

The Carriage House -- Historic award-winning renovation!
The Carriage House is an 800-square-foot separate building with many special features.
KING BED in spacious upstairs bedroom. Sleeper sofa in Living Room.
First floor Living Room/Dining Area/Food Preparation Area (with microwave and refrigerator, as well as coffee maker and blender).

You may prefer to book a suite in our newest building -- "The American Four Square Town House" which has a 4-room suite and a 5-room suite -- just around the corner from the B&B ( with breakfast included)!
This is currently under renovation, but available for future bookings. There are 2 suites! Each suite consists of a LivingRoom/DiningRoom combination, 2 or 3 bedrooms, bathroom with tub & shower, kitchen, laundry, and a private balcony overlooking a private courtyard! We will make either of these suites available to our WEDDING COUPLE (included in the Special Wedding Package Rate).

We also have Vacation Rental Houses (fully-equipped and beautifully-furnished) available for your family and friends at VERY reasonable rates:
"The Craftsman-Style House" sleeps 6. It is furnished with Mission
Oak antiques, and bedrooms have QUEEN BEDS. There is a Living Room, formal
Dining Room, large Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Porches, and a Den. The
Living Room has an electric-log fireplace. Only $250.00/night for the
entire house (2-night minimum).

"The Farmhouse" sleeps 8 (just 5 miles from Downtown!).
It is furnished with country-style antiques, and bedrooms have QUEEN BEDS
plus two bedrooms also have SINGLE BEDS in the room! There is a
Living Room, Front Parlor, formal Dining Room, large Kitchen, 3 large Bedrooms,
2 Bathrooms, a Front Porch and a large Deck. The Living Room has an
electric fireplace. There is also a charming "tea house" located on the 1
1/4 acres amidst the peach and apple trees. Only $250.00/night for the
entire house (2-night minimum).
