IDEAL for Bible Study Groups - Girlfriend Getaways - Family Reunions!
(1) The Craftsman-Style House -- a separate addition to our B&B where you can book the entire house. You have full use of the 7-room house, including a modern kitchen. (SLEEPS up to 6 adults with 3 Queen Beds, 1 bed in each bedroom.)
This property is not far from the B&B -- so you are welcome to join us for breakfast for an additional charge per person.
Book the entire house:
$550/weekend + tax (which includes BOTH Friday and Saturday nights)
$1000/entire week + tax for all 7 nights
$200/night + tax (week night SPECIAL)
This is a PET FRIENDLY house, and the pet fee is $15.00/night + tax.
(2) The Farmhouse -- a separate addition to our B&B where you can book the entire house. You have full use of the 7-room house, including a large country kitchen. No breakfast is served to you; however, you have an option of having catered meals delivered. (SLEEPS up to 8 adults with 3 Queen Beds and 2 Single Beds.)
Book the entire house:
$550/weekend + tax (which includes BOTH Friday and Saturday nights)
$1000/entire week + tax for all 7 nights
$200/night + tax (week night SPECIAL)
Remember, this is for as many as 8 adults -- no extra charge -- but no more than 8 and we're sorry but we cannot accommodate pets at The Farmhouse. (But, you can book either the house above, The Craftsman-Style House, or The Carriage House, if you have pets.)
There are some minimum-night stays required, as follows: most weekends require a two-night booking at The Craftsman-Style House and The Farmhouse; most week days also require a two-night booking unless you are adding it on to your weekend and then one day is fine.
The B&B -- You can book the entire B&B, with full use of the kitchens. (SLEEPS up to 21 adults -- maybe a couple more people with rollaway beds added.) In this scenario, you would book the Main House (7+ people), The Carriage House (4 people), and the two apartment suites of The Town House (10 people).
(3) Book the entire Main House at the B&B (sleeps up to 7 OR possibly additional people with rollaway beds) -- each room has a private bathroom:
$550/night + tax
$2200/entire week + tax for all 7 nights
$450/night + tax (week night SPECIAL)
(4) Book the apartment suites at The Town House (sleeps up to 10, including both apartment suites) which are part of the B&B:
$850/night + tax -- BOTH suites. OR $425/night + tax for just 1 suite!
$2000/entire week + tax for all 7 nights -- BOTH suites! (1/2 for just 1 suite)
$400/night + tax (week night SPECIAL) -- BOTH suites! (1/2 for just 1 suite)
(5) Book the Carriage House at the B&B (sleeps up to 4):
$190/night + tax
$850/entire week + tax for all 7 nights
$180/night + tax (week night SPECIAL)
The Carriage House is a PET FRIENDLY suite, with a special indoor kennel, and the pet fee is $15.00/night + tax.
Several restrictions apply if you are bringing your pet. Please inquire when booking.
